had a great stay at quality while celebrating my birthday! the room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious. the location made it easy to explore perth, which exceeded my expectations.

the air-conditioning was not working properly.

I stayed for two nights while visiting the nearby Art Gallery of WA and was pleased with the spaciousness of the Premium Queen Room. The good location made it easy to explore Elizabeth Quay and the Perth Town Hall, both quite close by. I found the breakfast offering to be a bit disappointing, as some of the items weren't cooked well. The staff were helpful during my stay, which made a difference.

The three elevators worked efficiently, which I appreciated.

My stay was disappointing due to the outdated room and insufficient amenities. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the room had a persistent strange noise from the refrigerator. there were only minimal utensils provided, which made my visit even less comfortable.

really enjoyed my stay here! the location was perfect for checkin out waca and a bunch of other cool spots. rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff at reception were super helpful. breakfast was decent too, and it was only 400 meters to grab the free red bus to the main shopping center.

only bummer was the early check-in wasn’t available, and i think the fridge in my room could use some upgrading. the lobby felt kinda outdated as well.

The bed was comfy, but the lack of a restaurant was a bit of a downside. Parking was available but extra. not a bad place, just a few basic amenities could've improved the stay.

The Premium Queen Room was stylishly decorated, providing a comfortable retreat. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the CAT bus service directly to Hay Street Mall. I appreciated having a 24/7 deli shop nearby where I could grab essentials any time. The internet connection was reliable, allowing me to handle work matters smoothly during my stay.

Amazing place with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me return sim cards I left behind on my first stay. Highly recommend for a city break!

Convenient location with great breakfast

I had a pleasant stay with well-kept rooms and a breakfast that included a wide variety of options. The staff were quick to check us in and provided excellent housekeeping throughout our time there. the breakfast choices could have been less repetitive over the course of the week.
